For nearly 15 years I have been helping people to have a productive and fulfilling experience of work through coaching and mentoring. I find enjoyment supporting others – founders, leaders and other coaches – to strike a healthy balance between doing what needs to be done and what makes us feel good while we do it. I bring expertise from a successful previous career in commercial, creative sector roles, 10+ years delivering people development in market-leading organisations, and research-level knowledge of culture and change. Experience and certification as a coaching supervisor means I can help you or your people to make the most of your coaching practice. I love my job and I think that it shows in the relationships I build and the outcomes I achieve with my clients.
