I’m Liam Webster, founder and MD of Identify Digital. We’re a digital marketing agency based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, and we get great results for our clients through designing effective websites and clever apps, along with supporting them with digital marketing strategy that paints a pretty long term picture, rather than focusing on quick wins, that don’t last. At Identify, we’re a straight talking, fun, and friendly team, and we partner with a select group of clients for long term support, spreading our involvement across the breadth of their business to cover all bases (a website that actually works, business management apps that make their efforts more efficient and effective, and digital marketing solutions that build solid foundations). When we fill up the sales funnel, it stays full for good. Our clients are SMEs, often based in Yorkshire, who want to use tech to deliver ambitious goals. Some of them come to us on their second or third website, exasperated with off-the-shelf options or current/previous agencies, and looking to build something fully bespoke that truly suits their needs. They also want to work with an agency that gets to know them, understands how they tick, and makes the whole process hassle free (something they may not yet have encountered, but that comes as standard with Identify Digital). We’ve been doing this since 2014, and I’ve personally been building websites since I was 15, selling my first site for £99 through an advert in the local Wakefield Express! Suffice to say, we know our stuff, and we’ve been growing steadily, year on year, through our commitment to helping our clients consistently reach realistic goals (no flashy sites or false promises here).
