1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the academy.
2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
3. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., brochures, flyers, etc.).
4. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
5. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
6. Update calendars and schedule meetings.
7. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

Responsibilities:
1. Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms.
2. Transcribe information into the required electronic format.
3. Scan and print documents as needed.
4. Check source documents for accuracy.
5. Verify data and correct data where necessary.
6. Update data and delete unnecessary files.
7. Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
8. Comply with data integrity and security policies.
9. Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored, or accessed.
10. Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
