Technical Account Manager

Sentieo

Sentieo is a modern-day equity research platform that provides financial data, advanced linguistic tools for processing filings and documents, and alternative data -- all in one integrated cloud-based system. Our SaaS product organizes the world's financial information to make teams more efficient in their fundamental research workflows. 

- Founding member of the Sentieo CSM team. Over 2 years, I helped scale our team from 2 to 10 members by interviewing all candidates, developing and delivering training material for new hires, and creating various internal team processes. 
- Customer implementation, renewals, expansions, and support for our Corporate and Enterprise accounts. 
- Created and managed first customer newsletter sent out to 700+ accounts on a monthly basis.
- Achieved negative net churn for all quarters to date, resolved highest number of support cases for all quarters to date with 98.3% satisfaction rate.
- Implemented NPS and Customer Health Score programs for entire CSM team.
- Awarded CSM of the Year 2018.

Customer Success Manager

Zenefits

Zenefits is a SaaS company that enables small to mid-size businesses integrate all of their HR needs, seamlessly in one place. 

- Served as advisor to clients to improve product value, adoption, and retention. 
- Worked closely with my team to achieve highest overall Q3-Q4 2016 metrics in entire Account Management department (highest NPS and highest customer retention rate).
- Maintained book of business with 70 SMB accounts.
- Responsible for implementation and training of up-sold products to clients. 
- Worked cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to upsell clients, resolve time-sensitive issues, and to provide insights for product improvements.

Account Manager

Hurn/Schallert Behavioral Neuroscience Lab

- Conducted behavioral tests on rodents to investigate a wide range of research questions; focusing on stroke, addiction, depression, and gender differences in response to experimental brain injury.
- Co-managed and conducted accelerated research projects with graduate student, working under strict budget, resources, and time constraints.

Lab techniques: assisted with MCAO surgery, perfusions, histology, PCR, post-operative animal care, microscopy, conditioned place preference, elevated plus maze, reaching task, cylinder test

Research Assistant

NASA Ames Research Center

- Independently coded MATLAB module from scratch to compare Apollo-era topography of the Moon to current topography 
- Performed data entry in Microsoft Excel and organized data from Apollo-era Lunar orbiters to be sent to NASA’s Planetary Data System
