Cosmobots emerged as a pioneer in the chatbot market offering a user-friendly chatbot building platform, an integrated service desk for a chatbot to human seamless drop-off, and its own Artificial Intelligence. The startup has participated in several programs such as Wayra/Telefonica, Visa, and Google Campus, and keeps growing. 

I have worked with cross-functional Product and Marketing teams to provide tremendous value to clients and end-users. 
 
There I was responsible for:
• Logo redesign
• Creating and maintaining a strong visual identity on social media.
• Developing the Brand Persona (Chatbot/Mascot) and User Personas
• Conducting quantitative and qualitative research as well as usability tests
• Building design assets in the form of prototypes, concept sketches, and high-fidelity mockups
• Designing intuitive User Interfaces for the chatbot building platform
• Developing a new customer service platform feature for a seamless chatbot-human drop-off

Airbnb

Known as the world’s biggest accommodation-sharing site, A‌i‌r‌b‌n‌b‌,‌ ‌I‌n‌c‌.‌ is an online marketplace for arranging or offering lodging, primarily homestays, or tourism experiences. 

Airbnb Experiences are activities designed and led by inspiring locals. They offer expertise, insider access, and connection, going beyond typical tours or classes by immersing guests in a host's unique world. Hosting your Experience in AirBnb is an opportunity to share your passion and talents with a worldwide community! 

And I was chosen as a freelance Experiences Ambassador in Rio de Janeiro where I was able to spread the word about Airbnb Experiences and promote the AirBnb mission making people feel like they belong anywhere by providing them with high-quality transformational experiences, and creating meaningful connections between guests and locals. 

My role was to find local initiatives and projects, identifying potential hosts that show their expertise and passion for the topic and can provide a unique Experience to guests. And to support hosts with their high-quality Experiences in the AirBnb platform, assisting them in listing their Experience with Airbnb and reaching travellers and locals looking for distinctive experiences they wouldn't find through more traditional channels.

Josefina Rosacor

Josefina Rosacor is a fashion-forward, style-savvy accessories brand for young women. Their stores can be found in almost every shopping mall in Rio de Janeiro as well as other cities in Brazil and online.

There I was the lead visual and experience designer, implementing a user-centric design approach and using data from the company to create primary and secondary personas, define the user journey and its pain points, develop a consistent brand voice, and define our roadmap.

I was also responsible for all visual communication through different touchpoints of the user journey, such as online and offline media images, online store banners, store displays, visual merchandising, and lookbook catalogs, reinforcing brand awareness and guaranteeing consistency through the use of a design system and brand voice guidelines.

 Eyllo

Eyllo is a startup company focused on augmented reality solutions, located in Rio de Janeiro. Its main product at the time was paprika mix, an app using geo-location to display relevant content on top of the physical world through the use of Augmented Reality. 

During my time at Eyllo I had the privilege to work in close collaboration with senior developers and the company CEO, and was able to have a 360º product design experience working as a UI/UX designer, UX Writer, and UX Researcher:

My responsibilities went from the AR app UI/visual design to its User Experience (UX):  
• Recognizing user needs, gathering requirements, understanding possible constraints 
• Designing the components for the design system 
• Creating proto-personas and user personas 
• Designing and prototyping new features  
• Translating concepts into user flows 
• Mapping the user journey 
• Reviewing the product for consistency in design and function using Heuristics Analysis
• Conducting user research using a variety of techniques, tools, and methodologies such as surveys, interviews, usability tests, and guerilla testing. 
• Copy and UX Writing, elaborating the content about the places of interest around the user that would be featured on the geo-located tags, and pinning those tags on our maps.

CNPq 

CNPq is the Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (Portuguese: Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico), an organization from the Brazilian federal government under the Ministry of Science and Technology, dedicated to the promotion of scientific and technological research and to the formation of human resources for research in the country.

There I was a design researcher working in a startup at a State-funded business incubator from the Rio de Janeiro State University (Phoenix-UERJ), where I started to develop my skills as a user experience designer, going beyond my background in UI and visual design to organizing information (Information Architecture), wireframing. prototyping and testing, using Design Thinking techniques and methods, solving problems with a hands-on, user-centric mindset.
