Juridische & administratieve ondersteuning
Zie je door de bomen het bos niet meer en kan je wel wat hulp gebruiken bij een juridisch dossier? Loopt er een rechtszaak, maar heb je niet de tijd of kennis om alles tot in de puntjes op te volgen? Ik begrijp heel goed dat jij je wil focussen op wat er echt toe doet: jouw bedrijf. Daarom ben ik graag de tussenpersoon tussen jou en jouw advocaat. Zo weet je zeker dat alles goed opgevolgd wordt. I supported the legal department in the review and drafting of (commercial) agreements such as sales agreements, NDA’s and general terms and conditions. Besides this I also supported them in the daily admin and filing tasks.
