Louise, a wife and mother of two, and a love of socialising, fine dining, spending time with family and living in the country. I have developed an 18 year career journey within the Recruitment and Staffing Sector. This has been across a range of professional services, with the past 9 years specifically being within Life Sciences. Since 2014 I have undertaken many roles within the Life Sciences industry to include being a high performing Medical Recruiter, providing senior Physicians, Pharmacists and a variety of Medical, Clinical and Scientific staff into Biotech’s, CRO’s, Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical organisations globally. Transitioning then into Director and Leadership positions over the past 6 years within Life Sciences. As apart of the Executive Leadership Team at Fraser Dove, I support the vision to continuously drive innovation and organic growth, strengthening the vastly important role of staffing high calibre talent to the pioneering Life Sciences industry that discover, manufacture, and distribute medicines worldwide. My philosophy is to build long-standing relationships; look at ways in which we as a business can drive innovation and lead from the front; partner and collaborate with new pioneering businesses and continue to serve the Life Sciences Industry by staffing it with passionate and sought after professionals.
