I am born, raised, and educated in Sweden and now lives in California. I have taught people in communication, motivation, coaching, and personal development for +25 years and published three books, several E-books, and a Certifying Self-Coaching Program. I have worked with diverse people such as employees, managers, and CEOs and enhanced their already successful life and enabled them to exceed their capabilities. 

As a coach, speaker, and author, I have mediated knowledge that has motivated people of all ages and professions. Through my unique way of working with human challenges and integrating several levels at once (spiritual, physical, emotional, and practical), they have realized things that they always or never have dared to dream of. 

I was a PCC coach and ICF member before I founded LifeSpider System. In Sweden, I am a pioneer in the coaching industry and was the founder of the first ICF Accredited Coach Training. Ten years ago, I decided to be a Digital Nomad to free the time to develop the LifeSpider. I was Vice President for Memberships in SDPCA, Mentor at SACC San Diego, on the board for SWEA International San Diego, and Country contact for IONS in Scandinavia. Based on more than 30 000 hours of research and 30 certified LifeSpider Coaches, it's time to introduce LifeSpider System™ to the rest of the world.

I am also a pioneer in the coaching industry, having co-founded the first ICF-accredited coach training program in Sweden, and served as the president of the ICF chapter there. I was the co-founder of Coach Education Sweden, the first ICF-accredited coach training in Sweden. I trained hundreds of coaches and built the program to train the trainer. I am also the co-author of the book 'The Basic in coaching.' Coach Education Sweden has become a  role model for Sweden's new coaching schools.

My ICF years were fantastic. I was a spokesperson for the ICF:s certification, which resulted in 1 of 4 coaches in Sweden. I left the company to free time to develop my own "behind the scenes research" and become a Digital Nomad. I  loved to travel around the world at ICF conferences and connect with others who were on a mission to better the world. I admire Thomas Leonard and Jay Perry — who successfully created and introduced the new coaching profession to the world. 

The most significant learning from my ICF years was the poor quality of an ACC-certified coach. That learning/frustration converted into a passion for finding the solution and is still an internal motivator working on LifeSpider System™  and the Self-Leadership Coach Training.

Publishing Company that coached and published new authors. 

I started a Publishing Company because I didn't have the patience to find a publisher for my first book, Understand Your Client. Since this was simultaneous, I had begun my professional coaching career; it was natural to combine the two branches. So, I hired independent contractors and trained them to become Author Coaches.

We coached 12 new authors and published 12 titles in 9 months. However, it was a surprise that authors don't bother about contributing to the sales process, so my career as a publisher was intense, fun, and short. It was easy to liquidate this business because we had begun to build Coachutbildning Sverige, which felt more important to focus on. I still think it was a brilliant idea and get dangerous inspired reading the "business plan." :-)
