She currently develops the human capital of some of the largest and best multinationals in the Netherlands, in the areas of emotional intelligence, communication, mindset and culture. 

A Life Transformer, she loves being in nature, watching the sky, reading and writing (a lot). Her greatest belief is that all people are extraordinary.  She drinks tea, offers flowers and can't do without music. Connection and love, above all forms of being.  She is the mother of three children and has adopted two rabbits. The greatest trap we fall into is division.

Even within ourselves, heart, brain, gut, as if one could thrive without the others.

We’ve built systems, organisations, and even identities around separation.
And then we wonder why we feel disconnected, burnt out, and constantly managing fragments of our own existence.
But there aren’t a thousand things to balance.

There’s only one thing to integrate, you.
The illusion of division keeps people busy.
Integration builds clarity, trust, and real leadership.
When you stop dividing, you start leading from wholeness.
And that changes everything.
