Internal project management:
•	Mainly HR projects, HR administration (including HR processes and HR administration in Nortal Group.
•    Organizing Summer University program for internship in Nortal.

•	Secondment to Serbian office, where I was responsible for different HR tasks, recruiting and setting up Nortal office ( in 2012). 
•	Management of back-office work processes, front desk task management, on-/off-boarding processes, document management.
•       Responsible for HR processes and HR administration in Nortal
Group (800 employees).
•       Data management across different information systems, system development, process analysis, training users (MS CRM).

Administrative Manager

Nortal internal projects (Support unit) & EU structural funds management
- EU structural funds management (in total over 30 projects) - responsible for EU grant applications and public procurements, covering the whole process starting from idea validation until final reporting. The total amount of funding raised - over 2 million EUR.
- Software project management, supporting role in business unit management (internal projects, like e-invoicing implementation, document management system).

EU project management and implementation for Microsoft partners, including project compilation, tender procedures, feasibility studies, compilation of reports.

Main task was preparation and reporting of European Union funding project proposals, including support throughout the entire project life cycle - consulting, creating and managing development projects, mainly in cooperation with Enterprise Estonia (EAS). Consulting mainly local governments and private sector.

Worked as a door-to-door salesperson for one summer. Acquired valuable skills and experience in sales and communication. A very demanding yet rewarding experience that resulted in a lot of personal growth demonstrating resilience and determination.

I am a project manager and consultant with over 10 years of experience in managing and executing various projects in EU funding industry, both in the private and public sector. 

My core competencies include project management, development, coordination large-scale projects and events. I have successfully led and supported several projects involving IT, HR and public sector development.

Currently working as a freelancer, making an impact with the worlds most wonderful Impact Day team.
