In Playtech, I wore many hats, but my main duty was keeping all 450+ co-workers safe and happy. This fun yet challenging mission included:

Work environment:
 - As a work environment specialist, I provided guidance and managed all health-related topics, documents, and events (i.e., organized yearly flu vaccination and ensured all our employees visited the occupational health doctor).

Supply & order management:
- Keeping our office stocked and organized meant managing snacks, fruits, drinks, coffee, office stationery, etc. throughout our 9 kitchens, 16 meeting & storage rooms.
- I also helped expedite repairs and maintenance for various equipment in our kitchens, lifts, rooms, etc.
- I managed Playtech's library by keeping stock and ordering books.

Reception area:
- I was responsible for all reception operations, serving as the first point of contact for guests, employees, candidates, and vendors.
- I performed general administrative tasks, including answering & returning phone calls, managing emails and post, ordering newspapers, administering access rights to our offices (including physical access cards), coordinating meeting room calendars, and more.

Communication:
- I managed communication for various day-to-day topics, company events, vaccination, and other health-related events, etc.

Finance:
- I handled invoices.
- I managed budgeting and monitoring.
- I managed our bonus program (the “fish fund”).

Events:
- I planned events budgets, procured offers from vendors, and managed orders.
- I developed both off- and on-site event programs, selecting venues & performers, etc.
- I ordered branded gifts for employees and their children.

Travel & other arrangements:
- I booked travel for our colleagues.
- I provided ad-hoc support to various departments.
- I handled florist duties in the summer to ensure our office flowers smelled amazing and the terrace was blooming.
