Amdocs Optima division - Product Manager

responsible for ACC (Amdocs Compact Convergence) product specification in BSS and Network domains:
•	Managing  team of PDM\product owners for Amdocs Compact Convergence (ACC) product, drive a solution set across development teams 
•	In-bound and out-bound PDM support
•	Expertise: 
o	B2B\2C Business Support Services: Charging , Billing, Product Catalog, Resource Management, Customer Management, Account Receivable, , Ordering 
o	Post-Paid, Prepaid, Multi-Play 
o	MVNO Products and Solutions 
o	On prem and cloud deployment
o	BI and Reporting - analytics for Mobile Billing / Business / Network

Amdocs NBU division - Product Manager lead

•	Managing Modeling solutions of product catalog (EPC) for both ordering and billing areas
•	Working in collaboration with other delivery units to reflect the project requirement in the proposed model
•	Leading implementation team to provide product catalog solutions during the account life cycle, beginning with scoping phase, designed, developments and deployment.

Amdocs delivery devision - Product Catalogue project manager 

•	Focal point for new requirements, their analysis and distribution to the correct teams for recommended solutions and preparation of solution documents and price estimations
•	Responsibility for matrix management in every stage of project development – defining the requirements and the system characteristics, planning, follow-up, testing, implementation and risk management 
•	Work vis a vis different sources: customer, Amdocs representatives at the customer site, development and testing groups
•	Responsibility for managing work plans in accordance with the budget, according to the version cycle

Amdocs “Financial Services”  devision - Project Manager for ABN AMRO (Bank in Holland)

•	Designed solutions for bank systems to manage bank fees and calculate interest for international customers 
•	Set up and managed the Invoicing team. Analyze and design CES invoice solution with the banking invoice requirements.
•	Establish the interface solution of the banking product, responsibility for the design and development of the interfaces to the bank.
•	Managed and was the propelling force behind a team of 10 programmers and team leaders, located in a number of countries.
•	Work closely with customers during scooping, delivery phase and post production phase.
•	Support Pre sale and sale activities - Responded to requests for price tenders (RFP), provide analysis of requirements, planning of the offered solution, and estimated changes price.
