A 𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 girl born to a 𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵 world: 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒊𝒔 𝒎𝒚 𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚. ------ Hey, I am Lili. I am a coach who is way too passionate about communication. My mission is to help ambitious professionals to regain confidence and to SPEAK UP for what they want and need. ------ My story: Ever since I became a thought in heaven I couldn’t keep my mouth shut. 𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝. I can’t help it. Yet, 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲. Silent, as they never talked? No. Silent, as 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘬 𝘶𝘱 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴. I learned at a very young age that expressing deep emotions was no good. It always lead to deathly silence. So how does a vastly extroverted girl cope with that? 1, Entertains All The Time 2, Shuts down all sorts of anger 3, Avoids talking about negative or too positive emotions 4, Keeps 𝘯𝘰 𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 5, Doesn't trust anyone yet befriends everyone 𝑩𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒚 𝒈𝒊𝒓𝒍 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒎𝒚 𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒗𝒂𝒍 𝒕𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒊𝒒𝒖𝒆. People pleasing kept me alive. Well, until 2015 when sudden panic attacks kicked in. Soon after that I developed a severe panic syndrome. Long story short, it took me 7 years of therapy and hard work to get up. To embrace who I truly was and to be free from my own mind's prison. And now? I am happy about being LOUD. I consider it a plus. Not only with others. But with myself, too. I listen to myself and value my own thoughts and feelings. I am not afraid to face my sadness, fear, anger or disappointment anymore. 𝘌𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧-𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧. 𝑨𝒏 𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝒊𝒔 𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝑺𝑷𝑬𝑨𝑲 𝑼𝑷.
