•	Management of weekly Executive Team meetings including co-ordination of agenda, 
        meeting papers, Minutes, Actions Arising and operating rhythm of the meetings.
•	Managing Board Meeting Reporting and logistics including working with the Chairman and 
        MD to create the agenda and meeting papers.
•	Executive Support for the Chairman.
•	First point of contact for Japanese Directors and management to co- 
        ordinate local meetings.
•	Manage the Administration Team and office operations.

Key Achievements:
•	Created professional Board Reporting Templates and Reporting Calendar.
•	Project managed the construction of a Colour Studio including liaising with Builders, Designers 
        and staff which was completed in 6 weeks.
•	Remotely co-ordinated an office relocation during COVD-19.

Career Break

Being an EA to C-Suite Executives and working closely with Boards is never a 9-5pm job. You work equally hard behind the scenes to ensure that things run smoothly and they meet the deliverables of their role. 

This has often meant additional hours, out of hours work, and business travel to meet the demand. 

During this time, I took a well-earned break to refresh after being on call for the best part of my career. It was a time to focus on family and re-charge ready to take on the challenge of my next busy role.

●	Manage the Chair's extensive diary ensuring the Chair is adequately briefed on meetings and any relevant material provided.
●	Arrange domestic and international travel for the Chair and Board as required.
●	Monitor Chair's email and action emails in her absence.
●	Managing Board meetings including drafting agenda, preparing meeting papers, attending meetings, drafting Board minutes, actions arising, and co-ordinating a Board meeting evaluation following the meeting.
●	Co-ordinate AGM including Director nominations and distribution of AGM Notice of Meeting in accordance with Corporations Act and Constitution requirements.
●	Ensure the Company's insurances are adequate and renewed in a timely manner.
●	Oversee the Office Management function including managing the budget and supervising an office management assistant.
●	Co-ordinate member forums and meetings including sourcing venue, co-ordinating delegate registrations, and onsite logistics.
●	Chair of the WHS Committee.

Key Achievements:
●	Planned and co-ordinated Board and member events, resulting in greater Board exposure for COBA members.
●	Co-ordinated Annual General Meetings, including the Director nomination and election process, ensuring compliance with COBA’s Constitution and the Corporations Act.
●	Negotiated several office management contracts, saving the organisation an average of 30% per contract.

●	Manage and maintain the executive's schedule.
●	Co-ordinator and the main point of contact for key industry events (up to 1000 delegates).
●	Draft responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
●	Prepare invoices and reconcile corporate card expenses.
●	Make travel arrangements for several executives.
●	Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.

Key Achievements:
●	Assisted with the formation of Abacus Australian Mutuals, the first joint Industry body for the customer-owned banking sector, being the first point of contact for all new members.
●	Co-ordinated with a PCO, the premier annual industry event with up to 1,000 delegates, 
receiving a high member satisfaction rating.
