Lilith is first and foremost a service designer, whose hybrid skills are merged with that of a researcher, strategist, and leader. A holistic understanding of people, relationships, and systems is what drives her - along with the awareness of making a difference to others. At the age of only 12, she declared to her parents that she would become a designer, so of course she did - just not the type of designer she had envisioned. While she started out in visual communication and co-design, she quickly learned that she had a knack for strategic and systems thinking and passion for working with people, and thus left her life in Denmark behind to study Service Design at the Royal College of Art (named the world’s best design school fifth year running). Having worked across in-house, agency, and public sector roles for companies such as MindLab (a cross-governmental innovation unit in Copenhagen), Policy Lab (at the Cabinet Office), LiveWork (one of the world’s first service design agencies) and now Coloplast (a Danish medtech company), Lilith has deep knowledge of how research, strategy, business, and creativity can be coupled to create better futures. In practice, much of her work has centred on aspects of healthcare provision. Lilith is curious and passionate by nature and rarely says no to a new challenge.
