With over 13 years of work experience, I am a passionate and innovative training manager who specializes in learning design, content management, and facilitation. I am currently working with Samsung Electronics America, where I manage the training relationship with direct carrier partners, such as Verizon, Target, Costco, and Walmart. I am driven by the mission of delivering high impact learning solutions that enhance the performance and satisfaction of Samsung's customers and employees. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I am fluent in Spanish and English, and have a background in project management, sales, and customer service. In my current role, I lead the content management process, instructional design, and delivery to internal and external partners, using tools such as Adobe Suite. I also partner with external clients and business partners to translate business needs into learning and development solutions, such as static and dynamic training materials, instructor-led, e-learnings, product workshops, and assessments. Additionally, I design and manage the execution of account-specific training, and collaborate with cross-functional channel partners to provide end-to-end learning support and partnership.
