My passion for interacting with individuals and ensuring positive customer experiences has been the uniting thread in my varied work history. Through my experience working on the customer success and customer support side of fast-paced growing startups, leading a customer support team at an established tech company, as well as facilitating group workout classes, I've found a love for building relationships with others, facilitating positive experiences, fostering the learning of new technology and skills, and ultimately helping people achieve their goals and desired outcomes. I thrive on utilizing those skills in new environments, and tackle new roles and projects with diligence, enthusiasm, and a drive to learn and achieve. In my free time I enjoy hiking with my pup, Dude, paddling the local rivers and lakes, and experiencing Oregon's abundance of outdoor activities at every opportunity!
