Getting to know new people and cultures is one of the things that really drives me. For me, the best way to grow is by building and fostering valuable relationships. Throughout my professional journey, I got the chance to work in many industries and fields, such as retail, telecom, consulting, the consumer goods industry, and financing. But it was when I started to work with marketing that I understood the real value of engaging with people. Marketing has evolved a lot along the way (and me too) and thankfully businesses are becoming more human every day. It's been quite a journey to participate in this transition and learn different ways to engage and connect with people. Social selling blew my mind. If we want to be treated like humans when we buy, why not do this when we sell? No more forcing your message when you want to sell. Let’s start building relationships, adding value to our prospects, engaging with partners, and strengthening connections. I’m Brazilian, fluent in Portuguese and English, and with intermediary knowledge of Spanish. In 2017, I moved to Portugal to take my master's in Marketing Management, and I've been living here ever since. In 2020 I started to train and coach sales teams and empower them to use social to increase their reach, brand awareness, and build thought leadership.
