Developed National Science & Technology / R&D roadmaps & funding strategies. 

Managed and deployed Singapore's $28 billion (~1% of GDP) National Research Fund to support deep tech R&D, commericalisation and venture building efforts. This includes co-investing with innovation players (e.g. VCs, corporate R&D, international partners) in strategic areas.

Co-lead a key COVID-19 operations workstream to safeguard public health & welfare.

Project member of a 'startup' team to operationalise a new and safe reentry of foreign manpower into Singapore to restart the economy. Won the Minister's Award for successfully setting up this project within 6 months from start to finish.
