Tech Zity

Tech Zity is not just locations and workplaces. It’s a constantly growing community of like-minded people. Our success is measured by the success of the Tech Zity community. We strive to create an infrastructure through locations that attract start-ups, innovators and entrepreneurs so they could work, live, share ideas and build their own success stories.

Currently, we have three locations in Vilnius: Tech Park, Tech Loft and Tech Arts and newly opened co-working and co-living location – Tech Spa in Druskininkai.

Main highlights:
- Being one of the first employees in launching a new venture, I lead the strategy of the biggest startups space community in the Baltic region: ops, content, growth;
- Leading a cross-functional team of community & marketing managers;
- Produced event series "Tech Zity Radar", the first conference for remote workers "Re!Work" in Lithuania with international partners and audience;
- Got a 5 figure grant for continuous activity in a green tech field;
- Empowered the first Talent Scout initiative, uniting private and public stakeholders;
- Created a number of new locations opening campaigns, new products, and various initiatives for new members' attraction and engagement.

Vilnius Tech Park

Vilnius Tech Park serves as the biggest ICT startup hub in the Baltics and Nordics.

Hack the Crisis LT

The Lithuanian state and the public were facing unprecedented pandemic challenges. As a result, tech enthusiasts, start-up ecosystem players, and innovative businesses were invited to join a public-spirited initiative that united the minds – online hackathon Hack the Crisis. The initiative was not only an intense weekend dedicated to remotely create and implement real solutions to the problems caused by the Covid-19 outbreak but also a unifying platform that connected businesses, developers and professionals.

The hackathon was organised in 5 days and became the biggest hackathon in Lithuania:
• 50 teams
• 300+ participants
• 150+ mentors
• 1000+ people on the public channel

InTegra House | Kūrybos ir sąmoningumo namai

The goal of inTegra House spaces is to promote the integrated management structure of organizations, which creates the working environment based on mutual trust, self-control and focus on new possibilities. 

Main responsibilities: co-organized a conference - Mindful Me/We, private workshops & meetups & concerts; community.

Vilniaus dailės akademija | Vilnius Academy of Arts

A division of Vilnius Academy of Arts established in with the following aims:
Promote collaboration between Vilnius Academy of Arts and business and education structures
Create optimal conditions for young designers to settle in the design market
Develop international collaboration between similar institutions
Contribute to the formation of Lithuanian design policy
Collect and spread specialized design information
Promote the development of design innovations

Main responsibilities: 
•Office administration;
•Location management for events and external projects;
•Assistance on coordinating local and international projects;
•Developing a social media strategy for social media.

Highlights:
•Coordinated the annual contest "Jaunojo Dizainerio Prizas 2017";
•Coordinated the exhibition of arts & technology & innovation AKADEMIJA+;
•Organized the National Post Stamp Design Contest together with Lietuvos pastas and Israeli Embassy in Vilnius.

Coordinator of Design Innovations Centre

Gelgaudiskis Manor

Gelgaudiškis manor is one of the most unique architectural ensembles of Lithuanian manors naturally blending with its surroundings. Now, it's the regional centre of arts & culture, community projects.

Main responsibilities:
• Creating and implementing the marketing&communication strategy;
• Writing public releases;
• Communication planning for social media channel;
• Events management;
• Events photography; 

Highlight: co-organized +30 concerts total on every Friday, during summertime.
