Chief Sales Officer / Sales Director. My mission is to help the organization achieve its objectives through my ability to define, lead and supervise the sales strategy, but above all through my ability to develop the teams and make them more competent to optimize sales performance and ensure the company's sustainability. I have 20 years of sales expertise, 11 of which were spent managing teams of different sizes and profiles at Groupon, which is by far the most significant experience. Indeed, staying in a company for so long is not trivial: there is a special connection. I spent my best years in 4 different positions. Moreover, these changes in positions were linked to strategic changes in the Group. So I had to set up a precise management system and support the teams. My experience at Groupon allowed me to develop my ability to develop a sales strategy and implement it, to manage the sales team by monitoring and analyzing performance. I am convinced that success is shared and is only possible with a close-knit and fulfilled team. To consolidate all this, I decided to follow a Master's course at EM Lyon for 15 months and obtain an Executive Master's degree in January 2023. It was an intense and rich 15 months that allowed me to acquire new technical skills such as financial management or to understand digital marketing. More recently, with the digital transformation, the implementation of new management methods was inevitable. Managing remotely requires establishing a climate of trust and benevolence towards employees. By benevolence, I mean providing advice and assistance to help an employee develop and flourish.
