Senior Vice President of Prevention Research and Analysis at Partnership to End Addiction. For more than 25 years, my work has focused on understanding the nature, scope, predictors, and consequences of substance use and addiction, especially among young people. I have published numerous policy reports, journal articles, and book chapters on nicotine, marijuana, alcohol, and opioids, as well as on addiction prevention and treatment. I leverage this research to help raise awareness among parents, educators, health professionals, and policymakers about addiction science and best practices in substance use prevention and addiction care.
