GreenLight Clinical Research is a private clinical research company based in Sydney, Australia, which addresses the clinical trial needs of both local and international pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies. 

GreenLight is owned and managed by a team of experienced Clinical Trial Investigators,  each with over 20 years of commercial experience working with the pharmaceutical industry.  Initially GreenLight was formed for site management, but has grown rapidly into a full-service Contract Research Organisation (CRO).   

My BD activities have mainly consisted in the following:

- establishment of a business development strategy in Europe
- prospection and follow up of potential prospects and clients on the European markets
- taking active part in the RFI/RFP process from start to finish
- participation in international life science events
- participation in the set up and management of GreenLight Clinical's subsidiary in Copenhagen

My activities have so far been the following for specific target markets :

- Identification of potential prospects

- Follow up of potential prospects by phone and by email
- Translation of marketing material focused on specific markets
- Participation in an international event
- Regular monthly status and activity reporting

- Set up and updating of TMFs
- Preparation and dispatch of IRFs to investigational sites
- Preparation of submission packages to Ethics Committees
- Verification, scanning and filing of CRFs, DCFs and source documents collected by CRAs on site 
- Regular updating of an inventory of medical devices
- Shipment of medical devices to participating investigational sites
- Creation of different tracking Tools for project managers and project coordinators
- Assisting the Clinical Operations Director with internal team reminders
