CoinGate is a Lithuanian-based fintech company that was founded in 2014. CoinGate has three main products: crypto payment processing for businesses, a trading platform and gift cards. 

My main tasks as a social media and community manager : 

- Plan&execute social media strategy;
- Manage social media accounts;
- Create content for social media;
- Monitor CoinGate review platforms;
- Engage in industry discussions representing CoinGate;
- Closely work with the customer support team to improve support experience;
- Research and join communities to raise brand awareness.
