As a Customer Success professional I have worked with Enterprise and SMB customers, leading software implementations and maintaining the overall health of accounts. I have worn many hats during my career, from account liaison to system administrator to project manager, keeping all players on track for a successful launch. I collaborate with sales to ensure retention and scale. Developing and building strong relationships is in my DNA. I meet with executives and stakeholders to understand their business and formulate a strategy to hit targets. I work with managers to understand daily operations and train end users on best practices to surpass those targets. In my spare time, I seek refuge in alpine environments where I am able to unplug and gain perspective and focus. I find that those who live a purposeful and deliberate life bring the same qualities to the work environment, therefore creating a collaborative and driven work culture.
