Platform Doha is currently on sabbatical as we focus on growth of Platform companies in the UK.
Platform Doha combines education, entertainment and employment as a strategy to establish Qatar as a major global hub of digital video gaming and content creation developers. Building upon the 360 degree ecosystem developed in the United Kingdom and implemented with Platform Expos UK, Platform Doha is a joint Qatari/British initiative that will create a new, vibrant cluster of game studios that will represent the Arabic, Islamic and Global gaming industry.

Founded in 2009, Platform Expos is a significant initiative created to establish and grow a new digital gaming and content creation sector in the Humber Region of the UK. With a specific focus on the indie sector and start ups. It is an annual event that showcases the industry. It is the a Platform Studios, of which there are now two in the UK, a creative, collaborative space that brings people passionate about making new games, content and who want to create their own cultural output, in the digital medium, together to do just that. It is working with education to engage with young people to ensure they have the best opportunities possible to learn how to code, develop, write, compose, design, illustrate, animate, produce. It is a strategy that works with the industry itself to learn, flourish and grow. We aim to make a difference and we are.
