Relentless Fulfillment, a LeisureQuip Company, is a fulfillment/distribution center and 3PL located at 12693 Old Virginia Rd in Reno, Nevada. We specialize in B2C, e-commerce fulfillment, FBA Prep, and Specialty bundling of products both for our own business and 3rd party clients.

We find that the Reno location is a benefit to our clients, with economical drayage from the Port of Oakland, overnight/2 day ground delivery to a large portion of west coast consumers with easy and economical access to eastbound transportation.

We have developed our core operations around our sister company LeisureQuip, Inc, a leading internet retailer of pool and spa products. We have figured out the best processes by learning from ourselves. Most other 3PLs do not experience the entire product lifecycle manufacturer to consumer that we deal with every day. Ultimately, this means we can provide our 3PL clients better service, transparency, and communication because our team knows the challenges you can face firsthand.

Upon joining Simco in 2016, Lindsay began infusing her passion for conscious business and process improvement disciplines into the company’s culture. She dedicated her time to improving internal processes, promote efficiency, and developed high performing, cross functional teams which resulted in the ultimate customer experience.

For the last 30 years, the company has been primarily focused on their B2B distribution, but in 2019, she led the charge and launched the company’s first B2C e-commerce channel to expand the company’s portfolio. Driving the Core Team and the global effort to implement and operationalize Business Process Management (BPM) methodology across Microsoft’s worldwide Regional Operations Centers (ROC). This project encompasses the identification of all business core processes, mapping, and ultimately optimizing core processes of the business resulting in increased efficiency (AHT), customer satisfaction, program/product launch readiness and long term profitability in turn increasing ROI. I successfully landed a global user Sharepoint UI, User stories for each LOB, FAQ’s, and walking deck to inform and deliver training overviews to promote the adoption of BPM and align with FY16 business priorities.

Ensuring that Microsoft's partners are vetted and onboarded into specified OEM incentive programs designed to promote product and create market share.

As the Project/Program Manager, I handled all aspects of onboarding, vetting, and managing the OEM partners for exclusive incentive programs, deals and campaigns. Integration of activities across several groups at Microsoft including calculations, reporting, compliance and audit to ensure incentive payments/reporting deliverables are met and are within SLA/Program eligibility terms.

iWebVisit.com is the first and only complete 3rd generation Video Visitation System designed especially for the corrections industry, Using cutting edge video compression technology and a complete cloud-based visitation system that considerably simplifies the visitation process.

Responsible for creating and developing core company policies and procedures for ground floor technology start up; identified key weaknesses in business practices and implemented solutions.  

As Lead Project Manager I successfully completed simultaneous nationwide deployments including project analysis, budget, design, development, implementation and evaluation. I developed, designed and presented sales demonstrations and was the on-site product/software Trainer. I directly interfaced with several levels of government personnel to review service contracts, prepare and evaluate RFP specifications/submissions and conduct site survey/infrastructure inspections nationwide.

I collaborated directly with the Senior Developer to plan and analyze potential system feature enhancements (UI/UX) and their viability/system stability. I regularly performed rigorous code testing on all HTML/SQL updates prior to new deployments and managing new bug tickets. I lead the deployment of a large project converting all current client systems from our 1.0 to 2.0 version. 

I successfully implemented our Human Resources Department from the ground up including creating company policies, procedures, recruitment tactics, and performance management tools.  I was responsible for maintaining all aspects of employee record keeping and advised the company on federal and state regulation in order to remain compliant; conducted all new hire processing including phone screenings, interviews, orientations, harassment training, performance evaluations, employee surveys, disciplinary actions, terminations and exit interviews. I also established and utilized coaching and methods to encourage growth for all employees.
