A senior data and analytics manager with 20+ years of data and consulting expertise. I enjoy working at the cross section of data, strategy and human behaviour – and I am cognitive scientist at heart, fascinated with how our minds work. I am passionate about people and data, and letting the data tell its story, always from a foundation of an evolving data culture, and sound data governance and data management. Strong experience in building centres of excellence, delivering digital products, creating trust and engagement with key stakeholders, and mentoring and growing individuals and teams. Culturally aware, having line-managed teams across multiple geographies and different cultures. I have worked with teams from New York, to London, Poland and France, and as far east as India and Australia. Strategic thinker with effective problem solving and influencing skills. Inspired and determined to do all we can using data, analytics and behavioural science, to help people thrive and save our beautiful planet for the future. My work in data strategy allows me to leverage my deep data knowledge & consulting skills to apply data and behavioural science in the world of work - for the benefit of the real people, companies and customers that make it tick. I see behavioural economics as the next competitive edge. As a lifelong learner I am excited by opportunities to build new teams and capabilities, and partner with companies and their customers in unique and valuable ways that move the business forward. I am a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, an opt-in research community of business professionals. I am also a member of the Cognitive Science Society.
