•	Assisted in the control of event costs through the management of the events budget that included labor, equipment, supplies, lodging, food and beverage etc.
•	Provided a high level of support to third-party and outside event organizers that use the Resort for functions such as Hope on the Slopes, USA Pro-Cycling Challenge and Disabled Sports USA through event logistics and lodging, lift ticket and food/beverage needs.  
•	Established staff and volunteer schedules, delegated tasks and assigned equipment allocation to ensure conformance with our organizations brand.

Senior Events Coordinator

Responsibilities included supporting a Sales staff team of 5 managers. Drafted contracts, received and answered general inquiries regarding weddings, leisure groups. religious groups and family travel. Coordinated web site changes, designed ads and implemented new hospitality branding.
