Continuing my work with Flok as a Retreat Designer while Mentoring and supporting new team members throughout their onboarding process.  End to end retreat planning for corporate retreats/in person gatherings.  Executing events all over the world with groups of all sizes that are interested in all play, all work or a mix of both!

Negotiate contracts with hotels worldwide on behalf of client

In addition to daily operations in the Ski & Snowboard School, managing the staff to ensure goals are being met.  Providing leadership in multiple locations where our products are being provided to guests.  Managing escalated guests and celebrating our staff.

 During my time in this position, I scoped and executed an online scheduling software that manages our 250+ instructors, coordinators and Lift Buddies to streamlining communication around employment needs.  All while creating a fun and professional work experience in the office.

Designed a strategic plan to foster the ongoing mission of providing family centered services and products in the community in the forms of events and online presence.  Serving families in the local Woodbury and surrounding community, and developing relationships with local businesses and services that provide for kids ages 0-18.  Annual Woodbury Kids Event had over 1,000 visitors and over 80 vendors for families.
