I am an extremely detailed, thorough, diligent, highly organized CPA seeking to partner with innovative, creative, untraditional, forward-thinking CPAs, EAs, and CFOs anywhere in the US. If you are local to Houston, I would be open to commuting to your office (if you have one) periodically, if necessary. SERVICES: I provide bookkeeping and various accounting services to clients all year round (monthly, quarterly, yearly bookkeeping; payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, property tax returns; 1099's; all things accounting), as well as prepare individual and business tax returns. This allows me to be a well-rounded accountant and a trusted business advisor for clients. SOFTWARE: I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I've worked at firms that used both CCH Axcess and ProSystem fx: Engagement, Document, Practice, Time, and AnswerConnect. I've also used Thomson Reuters: Accounting CS, UltraTax CS, FileCabinet, Practice CS, Checkpoint. CULTURE: I work remotely and have very flexible hours. I also work very untraditional days and hours. This is why I chose the entrepreneurial lifestyle – it promotes a healthy work/life balance. My mental health is of utmost importance and it must be prioritized if we are to have healthy collaborative communication. Management must be empathetic to various life circumstances and understand I have responsibilities outside of work – work does not come before me. 2) Management must be capable of giving and receiving feedback in a timely manner, having hard conversations that result in solutions not silence, and leaving room in budgets and schedules for research, questions, and unforeseen circumstances. 3) Management must have realistic expectations when it comes to workloads, budgets, and project progression.
