Directly assisted C-Suite executives as well as other IT managers with communications and project management, helping maintain cohesion and momentum between teams. Built and fostered relationships that grew confidence, trust and loyalty among new employees and managers. 

Worked in tandem with Human Resources to provide a stellar experience for incoming full-time and contracted new hires within the growing IT department, ensuring our future colleagues:
- receive a warm welcome and handoff to any and all stakeholders
- have all appropriate forms and documents accurately completed for equipment needs and system access
- have a one-stop-shop for all questions and needs throughout their onboard, and receive answers promptly and thoroughly
- all stakeholders are kept accurately up to date on their new hire's status

Created and managed the IT Morale Program and also as a member of the Engagement Committee:
- created and handled the department-wide Employees of the Month initiative
- handled all areas of celebration and bereavement (birthdays, engagements, birth, family loss, personal goals accomplished, illness, etc.)
- created and led a monthly call with an IT executive to allow for current and newer team members to get to know their leadership
- assisted in the planning of monthly and quarterly engagements - in person and virtually - to help foster and grow a healthy and motivated team culture

As the first hire of this startup operation, I: 

- Created, implemented and operated the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Managed communications with all stakeholders
- Managed the private multi-tier Facebook groups
- Planned multiple national events for 100+ attendees each 
- Assisted in converting event attendees to happy investors of our product
- Managed accounts and billing 
- Established and maintained relationships with investors, clients and vendors

Operations Manager

Responsible for communicating directly with Fairway’s prestigious Onboarding Point Team to relay consistent and updated information regarding the current onboarding branches, easily up to 30 at a time. This included scheduling, hosting and assisting on onboarding calls, keeping updated records, providing and maintaining consistent, quality care and encouragement of the incoming branches during the chaos of transition, as well as explaining, relaying and connecting our resources to the needs of individual managers and branches.

Branch Development Point Team

As the first in this role, I was responsible for first impressions and the coordination of the entire process of a prospective candidate’s Onboarding, to include initial outreach and communication, remaining cognizant of confidentiality needs, travel plans, transportation, lodging, meals, meeting schedules with our executive team, remaining available at all hours throughout the stress of the transition for the candidate, and being the first person to meet the candidate at the airport, as well as the candidate’s “closing session” while in transport to catch their flight home.

Onboarding Coordinator

Benjamin Pfabe Dressage

Manage the daily training schedules of up to 13 competitive Dressage horses in full training to include feedings, round-the-clock individualized care and regimented customized training both under saddle, on the ground, and at competitions. Manage routine vet and farrier visits for each horse to productively tend to each individual horse’s health needs, requirements and necessities in order for each to continue performing at peak performance as an equine athlete. Engage with clients on a daily basis to keep them updated on their horse’s health, training, and schedule, which often changes on a day to day basis. Work directly with head trainer Benjamin Pfabe to ensure a tight, productive and successful business that runs 7 days a week.

Worked with the Commissioner of Accounts in managing the accounts and files of numerous foreclosures and estates, often managing the complexities of divided families over a deceased family member’s estate. 
Engaged with clients on a daily basis, in person and over the phone, and also worked as a receptionist and directed calls, often to multiple lawyers at a time.
