Lindsey works with business owners, entrepreneurs, leaders, and consults for companies (including being a business advisor for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program). She coaches on communication, culture, connection, systems, solutions, and is a badass problem solver. Lindsey joined the Army as a medic in the National Guard after high school. What she thought was going to be something that would earn her money for college, wound up taking her all over the world and into combat situations. Little did she know that this would be some of the best training for coaching leaders and business owners, as well as building a business herself. She has a diverse background, she gained leadership experience in a Fortune 500 company in the banking industry. She worked in the tech industry and has functioned as a career coach and recruiter. She has also written a book. Lindsey realized she was an entrepreneur at heart. So, she launched and built her own business where she has had the privilege to help other business owners and leaders find better ways to succeed, with balance, and create the revenue they want. Lindsey is a proud mom of three and a wife to her best friend of 23 years. This has empowered her to make work/life balance an important part of her life. She has created strategies and systems to establish balance in her own life, but it’s a passion to help her clients do the same, and in simple and tangible ways.
