I am the founder and MIND Performance Coach at Fundamental Health, a company that provides personalized and evidence-based training solutions for business leaders and owners looking to incorporate happier and healthier cultures and balance. With a MS degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling and over four years of experience as a consultant and coach I have developed a deep understanding of the connection between mental health, neuroscience, and performance and am able to guide clients to integrate that understanding simply into a more effective workplace. My mission is to shift the paradigm surrounding mental health and teach others how to integrate mental performance preventatively as a lifestyle, rather than as an afterthought.
