I led client relationships and oversaw project strategy, serving as the primary liaison between clients, the internal agency team, and third-party resources. To ensure client goals were met, I guided tactical and content development, regularly collaborating with research, creative, development, and QA staff.

Projects included large-scale web-based applications, content development, video, print materials, and multichannel marketing campaigns for clients with a focus in the veteran/military, education, and nonprofit industries. I frequently worked in conjunction with senior client leadership and large corporate sponsors to ensure all parties involved with an initiative were thrilled with the results of their marketing investment.

As one of the first members of this new team, I served a variety of roles -- including sales, marketing, account management, and operations -- to promote IXI's audience targeting solutions in the online display advertising marketplace. I developed and led presentations to clients, agencies, and programmatic technology partners to ensure their understanding of IXI's proprietary data elements and solutions aligned with their goals. I also coordinating ad operations for paid media campaigns including setup, delivery, and reporting, working with programmatic partners.
