I am what they call a 'generalist'. I've centered my career in socially-responsible organizations. I've been told I'm adaptable to audiences of any size and seniority. Someone once called me a chameleon and I took that as a compliment! I have a balanced left/right brain which is great except when feeling pulled by both sides. I'm a big fan of collaboration. I have been fortunate enough to work with, and lead, some awesome, collaborative teams. I focus on strong communication to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. I've been a project manager, lead for business operations [including people lead, marketing, legal, finance and sales], a CSR champion and a relationship manager. I've planned/executed large-scale events and been a part of the creative collateral design process, fundraising, and vendor relations. Also, I'm double-jointed. Sometimes I forget that and horrify people in meetings. My kryptonite? LI connection requests with no context/no note. I'm a little bit old school, what can I say?
