People leader of the product legal team for PayPal's global core consumer and merchant business. My team and I provided product legal review and guidance, navigating consumer protection, financial services and privacy regulations and credit card association rules.

Global leader of the separation of PayPal from eBay and legal representative on the PayPal Transition Team.

Budget and program management for the PayPal separation, driving separation with the effect of minimal increased cost to both companies, and completing the separation within an extremely tight timeline (9 months) and under budget.
