People leader of the product legal team for PayPal's global core consumer and merchant business. My team and I provided product legal review and guidance, navigating consumer protection, financial services and privacy regulations and credit card association rules. 

Global legal support and counsel in connection with the development, launch and maintenance of merchant and consumer facing products and platforms; regulatory matters (e.g., CFPB rules and guidance, GLBA, Regulation E and UDAAP); and product marketing.

Senior Director, Associate General Counsel, Head of Consumer and Merchant Product Legal

Global leader of the separation of PayPal from eBay and legal representative on the PayPal Transition Team. 

Co-lead of an award winning team of attorneys to put in place complex, global operating agreements, transitional service agreements and commercial agreements between PayPal and eBay. Budget and program management for the PayPal separation, driving separation with the effect of minimal increased cost to both companies, and completing the separation within an extremely tight timeline (9 months) and under budget.
