➡️ My marketing approach is "think like a business owner and understand how everything connects to revenue." It's a view shaped by what I call my real-world MBA (launching a product business earlier in my career). 📈 At Teak & Twine, I lead a fantastic team of nine, and together we've driven multi-million-dollar pipeline growth thanks to our effective content strategies and successful product launches. Including launching Sidekick Kitting, an independent brand offering warehouse logistics services, which is on track to be a multi-million dollar business by the end of the year. 🤓 I'm a huge data nerd. I truly enjoy sitting down and analyzing numbers to find trends and opportunities. This data-driven approach led to wins like improving the lead quality of an advertorial partnership by 2x and reducing paid search cost per lead by 45%. 🙋‍♀️ While I LOVE working in B2B marketing now, my experience spans B2C and B2B marketing, design, and positioning. Given the constant change in marketing and business, that background has proven to be a real superpower!
