Nurse Leader; a Clinical Nurse Consultant, who has amassed over 6 years practical experience in healthcare redesign, improvement science and project management, coupled with patient flow and access improvement experience. With further extensive experience in design, implementation and evaluation of quality and service improvement initiatives and education and training programs. I hold a strong focus upon workforce engagement and communication, with post graduate certificates in Clinical Redesign, Critical Care (Emergency) and Workplace Assessment and Training, and have been awarded excellence in nursing education.
