Conduct high-level corporate reviews with key stakeholders as well as presenting partnership opportunities to ensure dealer partnerships' success and to grow revenue. Senior Dirctor, Major Accounts

Oversee major account revenue growth, , negotiation, contractual needs, emerging opportunities, solutions and product adoptions for major accounts clients.  Responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth and retention plans to ensure dedicated team is able to build and strengthen relationships with Major Account clients.

Director, Major Accounts

Responsible for dealer retention, training, relaying best practices, and assisting with process change management in order to ensure dealer success.  Conduct market reviews to optimize close rate improvement, drive sales and ensure success of our dealer partners.  Grow and retain major account dealer groups.  Present key metric data to executive leadership as well as recommend retails solutions products to drive success with our dealer partners.

Regional Manager, Major Accounts

Retain and grow relationship with assigned major account automotive dealer group. Perform consistent in-store training and development for the WA/AZ/CA/NV market and be the subject matter expert on TRUECar products and programs.  Identify and communicate specific best practices and solutions on TrueCar programs and products to optimize dealer performance.  Manage territory goals, including retention, growth, training, dealer satisfaction and other revenue directed metrics as applicable.  Provide data driven dealer and market reviews to help drive close rate performance and ROI.  Strengthen relationships with store level key personnel (GM, GSM, Sales Managers, Controller, etc.) and effectively recap efforts through all appropriate methods including utilization of TrueCar’s CRM.  Lastly, provide feedback and specific recommendations to management for how to improve KPI's, create dealer efficiencies in processes, celebrate wins, and ensure ensure dealer success.

Client Success Manager, Major Accounts 

Build and grow long-term, trusting relationships with a range of contacts at assigned dealerships (buyer/signer, implementer, stakeholder, etc.), including the highest level in each organization (e.g., General Manager) • Consult with customers to maintain up-to-date understanding of their business needs, goals, and objectives • Ability to articulate, communicate and train the full suite of TrueCar Services• Interpret and deliver monthly TrueCar reporting and analytics to explain dealer’s performance, optimization issues, and best practices to the customer in the context of their business goals and market trends • Train customers to use core TrueCar services and Affinity Partner Programs; Utilize District Managers and other business unit specialists for advanced service training when needed. (Dealer Support, Market Managers, Training Managers) • Compile and share relevant reports or documentation related to the customers’ business and performance with TrueCar as it relates to their business for the benefit of customers and sales and business development • Serve as a first point-of-contact for dealer issues; diagnose and resolve customer concerns • Effectively manage the progress and results of customers assigned and work with sales and business development leadership to contribute and manage actions according to account strategy

Client Success Manager

AutoNation

Responsible for operating and managing all operations of the dealership which include Sales, Service and Parts departments at the highest level to ensure profitability and client satisfaction. Annual revenue of $130M generated from retail operations in collaboration with 100 employees.  Daily management of $15M of new, used, and parts inventory including management of days supply, turn rate, fast moving parts, and how to optimize all ROI opportunities.   Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and achieving annual company and manufacturers targets. Maintain above average client satisfaction scores for all departments.

Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue General Manager

Oversaw transition from privately held dealership to acquisition by AutoNation, publicly traded dealership. Ensured implementation of new processes, policies, on boarding, restructuring, and following revenue recognition guidelines.   During first year of acquisition dealership exceeded pro-forma expectations based on acquisition structure and also sustained top 25 New and CPO dealership position.

Audi Bellevue, General Manager

Audi Bellevue a Barrier Motors Company

Opened largest Audi franchise facility by square footage in November 2004.  Built store from 45 employees to 100 employees which took our dealership to #14th Nationally out of 268 dealers. Annual revenues went from $46M to $88M in 2014.  During my tenure our dealership was in the the top 25 of Audi dealerships nationally for both new and certified pre-owned sales.   Responsibilities included meeting or exceeding dealer and OEM objectives along with ensuring high client satisfaction, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and ensuring safety of our employees and company.

Audi Dealer Marketing Council - Served as a member of the Audi Dealer Marketing Council during the January 2008 through 2011 term.  Role includes being a voice for the dealer body to ensure dealer and OEM advertising plans are in alignment to support mutual success and drive market share
