Kopperfield

Kopperfield is seed stage startup with a mission to accelerate home electrification by  radically simplifying the process for homeowners and electrical contractors. As the fractional founding marketer, I led growth, insights and positioning of our D2C business to drive supply for our marketplace.

Built marketing for D2C from 0 to 60, standing up performance and lifecycle marketing, qual and quant insights, online reputation and leading a positioning refresh. Through pricing experimentation, CRO and lifecycle, decreased CAC 70% in 5 months, increased demand 1.2X QoQ and doubled average monthly bookings volume with no incremental budget. Developed and owned GTM for The Kopperfield Promise, price matching and our Kopperfield Certified Electrician network, which along with CRO increased conversion 2X in 3 months. I hired and managed several contractors across growth, content & design.

Made Renovation

Made was a technology-powered home renovation marketplace.  I joined Made Renovation during Series A. The company went from 160 down to 9 people, and I was the only marketer on a small team that helped secure an intermediate round of funding post-Series A and sold a technology to The Home Depot as part of a high 7-figure deal.

Reported to the Co-Founder and President, I led insights and positioning, and partnered with product to develop and launch a customer-facing project dashboard, and owned online reputation management.
