Successfully led a core claim team to extraordinary results during a severe claim cycle, implementation of a new claim system and re-establishment of a new claim operation.  Developed bench strength team and managers; standardized processes and procedures; provided legal services to underwriting, training to new hires, marketing presentations.  Fiscal and claim litigation budget and oversight. Created paperless law  library and form letters; directly handled large diary of complex claims.

Managed litigation files and approved legal expenses,  Modified workflow procedures and standarized templates resulting in higher efficiencies in claim set up and compliance with statutory claim handling regulations. Attended Obligee meetings, mediation and settlement conferences.  Pursued claims under indemnity agreements as well as claims against Owners to reduce total net loss.  Provide legal claim counsel to Home Office and Branch Underwriting Teams. .
