The Learning C was originally founded in 2017 as an entrepreneurial side project. However, 2020 was a year for change, innovation and entrepreneurial pursuits and when I worked on this full time. The Learning C was created with the intent of to offer progressive and innovative learning and development experiences with a focus on Content, Culture and Community.

Strategic projects include:
- Creating learning and development curricula and strategy based on organisation and people needs. 
- Developing collaborative and knowledge sharing cultures using Employee Experience and People Development strategies
