Since 2018 I own the release management responsibilities for SAP Lumira, this involves all aspects of tooling, product standards and roadmap definitions. 
This requires global coordination of multiple sites.
In addition, I am also responsible for Product documentation updates (maintenance statement, release schedule, etc) and some side projects like servers migrations and Quality improvement projects.

Project Manager

An important and rewarding fellowship during which I acted as team lead on the roll out of Flex work at SAP Ireland. SAP announced in June 2021 its pledge to flex (i.e. a 100% flexible and trust-based future of work model). I worked closely with key stakeholders including the senior management and leadership teams to make this project a success. Some strategic milestones involved research and data gathering with focus groups as well as running surveys. It also involved gaining an understanding of our diverse lines of businesses and their needs. The culmination of the project team’s intensive work was a proposal detailing the roll out of our flex work guidelines and the preparations for a workspace pilot in 2022. A major focus of my role was on communication. I presented regularly on the project at all hands meetings , management meetings and in newsletters and video updates. 
 
This multifaceted project involved constant adaptation in a complex environment. Bespoke solutions were required at each stage and this all made the project a very exciting and challenging one to work on. I was honoured to lead the initial roll out of Flex to work at SAP Ireland which I firmly believe is a tremendous offering for our employees.

Fellowship Future of Work Team Lead at SAP Ireland

I am the Delivery Manager for SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio, an on-premise application that enables application designers to create analysis applications and dashboards. Design Studio has over 10,000 customers with over 100,000 end users. I coordinate the delivery of minor versions, support packages and patches for this product. 

•	Software development timeline planning 
•	Working with key software development stakeholders to ensure all assigned tasks are conducted in a timely and efficient manner
•	Organising software lifecycle delivery compliance
•	Managing maintenance process for product sunset, on demand support process definition

Operations & Software Delivery Specialist

I played a key role in the delivery of one of the first cloud application SAP Precision Marketing solution which provides personalised offers and suggestions in realtime to consumers across multiple channels. I also worked closely with Go To Market coordinating product knowledge sessions and demos. 

•	Managing all aspects of the software life cycle process to support quarterly releases of major evolution and co-innovation productive pilots for SAP Precision Marketing solution
•	Coordinating product documentation publication and translation process
•	Working with pre-sales team to enable Go To Market of the solution
•	Developing and animating internal social media

Solution Knowledge Management and Processes

I moved to SAP research within the cross-prototyping team as a process facilitator for SAP Product Innovation Lifecycle process from third party software approval to prototype releases approvals. 

•	Responsible for the release planning and release management on program level together with program leads and product owners
•	Developing a detailed release plan based on SAP’s Release Strategy and SAP’s Release Management Standard 
•	Providing planning data in standard tools for release master plans status and deviation reporting milestone and progress reporting
•	Tracking the fulfilment of milestones and reacting in case of deviations and problems
•	Acting as the interface for issues regarding software life cycle that are relevant to release management
•	Working with the key stakeholders on process improvement

Software lifecycle process facilitator

I was hired by the new Development Centre lead to help build the new department; initially with recruitment activities and then with creating a synergy between the different teams/topics. I extended my work to assisting the Managing Director and Financial Director at SAP Ireland.

•	Managing specific projects including event organisation at the department and company level 
•	Incoming liaison for all Development Centre staff 
•	Supporting the overall communication for the Development Centre
