As an Information Technology professional, I combine intellect, robust troubleshooting abilities, and a sense of humor to keep my clients productive. I'm excited to begin my new role as IT Service Manager in July 2024. My varied work experience has equipped me with skills in C-Level Executive Tech Support, Accounting, Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, Telecom, and Video Conferencing Support, along with various Desktop Support skills, including hardware and software. These distinct yet interconnected skill sets benefit from my detail-oriented approach, which is one of my strengths. I earned my BSBA in Computer Information Systems, graduating as an Arnold Fletcher Award Honoree (equivalent to magna cum laude) and received my degree on October 1, 2022. Additionally, I hold an AAS degree in Accounting/Information Systems, which included an "Excellence in Academics" certificate, and a diploma in Internetworking from PC Age Career Institute. My parallel career as an award-winning singer/songwriter has honed my skills in other technologies, such as audio/video editing, live sound, recording engineering, arrangement, website development, maintenance, and live video conferencing and streaming across various platforms. The integration of right brain and left brain functions epitomizes me perfectly; I am at the intersection of numbers, technology, and music. Under the stage name Lisa Coppola, I recently celebrated a #1 hit on iTunes World Music in August 2023 with the song “Spread Hope Send Love” by Amy McAllister, and we received the World Entertainment Award in LA for Best Music Group.
