Provides high-level recruitment support for multiple verticals within Sunrun including: Sales, Accounting & Finance and Information Technology
· Works directly with senior leadership (Sr. Managers, Directors, VP's) within the Information Technology team
· Partners with I.T. hiring leaders to understand hiring needs in order to effectively develop and execute recruitment efforts specializing in hard to fill and strategic roles in Denver and San Francisco
· Provides support to hiring leaders on compensation in line with salary bands, peer ranges, market data and direct peer comparisons
· Support initiatives around Diversity and Inclusion to attract a diverse workforce culture
· Responsible for partnering with Technology by discussing a road map of activities to bring D&I more into Company culture as well as establishing metrics to measure success.
· Analyzes recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of current and previous recruitment strategies as well as drive process improvements; build and improve upon existing programs and develop an innovative strategy to find top talent
· Meets and exceeds recruiting metrics (hires, days to hire, candidate experience, offer accepts).
· Utilizes the ATS (iCIMS) to update, record, process offers, and disposition all applicants
· Manages end-to-end recruiting including: research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendation, negotiation and acceptance
· Strategize and build talent pipelines, tactically generate referrals, identify and engage passive candidates.
