eLearning is transforming the way educators teach. Learners are increasingly using technology-based tools to learn, and they are often doing much of their training and coursework in non-traditional classrooms. That is creating new challenges for educators, who must adapt and customize their instructional strategies to meet the changing needs of today’s learners. That’s where I step in. I have more than ten years of experience developing and implementing innovative eLearning solutions for universities and SaaS organizations. During this time, I have helped universities enhance the quality of student learning, strengthen student retention rates, and improve student satisfaction scores. I have also assisted in the formulation of a training department within a SaaS organization and set standards and expectations for internal and external training. I am known as a high-energy, creative problem-solver who builds strong partnerships with students, instructors, and other key stakeholders to drive results. Among my many capabilities, I have special expertise in: Curriculum Analysis and Development • I am a proactive troubleshooter who can evaluate deficiencies in struggling courses and develop viable learning solutions.
