During my time at Embacy, I had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in the dynamic world of web3 while leading 5 projects for startups hailing from various countries, including Germany, UK, USA and AUE. 

This role also provided me with my first experience managing a team of highly creative professionals, which was a truly unique and valuable experience.

This was also my first time working at a venture startup and collaborating with investors, which proved to be a valuable learning experience for my professional development.

As I continued my journey in the B2B world, I was thrilled to join Scanndi Finland - a leading outerwear apparel manufacturer - during my final semester as an undergraduate. 

Here, I learned the value of investing in customer relationships and created an exclusive loyalty program for customers spending over $400k annually, resulting in stronger client relationships and increased sales.

After a year in the agency world, I wanted to take my career up a notch and chose ATOL as an opportunity for growth for my final undergraduate year. 

Here, I was exposed to the corporate world and quickly learned the ins-and-outs of B2B business through conferences and partner marketing initiatives, like creating monthly digests featuring both industry news and company updates.

As one of Russia's leading products suppliers & software developers in multiple fields such as retailing, e-commerce, services (including HoReCa), transport, and utilities - this proved an invaluable learning opportunity!

Joining Kestler&Wolf, a branch of the German PR agency in Russia gave me an opportunity to take on more complex clients. 

Campari was definitely one such challenge; after all, not everyone gets to promote famous Italian vermouth and sparkling wine with unconventional tactics! 

The job enabled me to polish my event management skills as well as learn how to build relationships with celebrities. Through this experience, I learned that no situation is beyond redemption - valuable insight indeed!

As a third-year undergraduate student in advertising and public relations at RANEPA, my experience at SPN Communications underscored the crucial role of relationship management in brand building, emphasizing the importance of cultivating lasting connections with key stakeholders for sustained growth and success.
