I love people and what makes us tick! I have over 20 years in a variety of corporate HR roles, as well as experience running my own HR consultancy and career coaching business. I have joined Elvie as I am inspired by their mission to improve women's lives through smarter technology - there are so many taboos around women's health and I feel privileged to be part of a progressive, fun and inspiring team doing great things to shift this outdated paradigm! There are not many organisations you can talk about boobs all day!! Alongside my role as People Lead I am also a passionate coach and consultant. I recently completed an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology which provides a lens for my coaching that focuses on the core 'Self' and enables me to work at depth with my clients to really work out what they want from life, what's holding them back and then supporting them to go out and get it! I am interested in working systemically, so looking holistically at our mind, body and soul and working within the 'liminal space' which is the place in between, the unknown, the silence, the breath. I am passionate about leading a life of purpose, fulfilment and meaning and for me this means balancing work I love with my adventurous spirit and love for travel, adventures and plenty of walks by the sea! I now lead a freedom based lifestyle and enjoy a portfolio career.
