Hi there and welcome! Here's a little bit about me... I'm a Chartered Accountant with a Corporate Finance and HR background. For more than 20 years I held senior financial and operational roles from global professional services firms to regional SMEs, before launching my own business, Consulting with Kerr, in 2020. I specialise in the systems, processes and information that create and maintain value for owners considering exits in a 3 to 5-year horizon. I'm Autistic and ADHD, which means that my brain is wired differently. I’m at my best solving problems to a deadline and that’s why I love being a business adviser. I can absorb information, process it on the spot and create innovative solutions for my clients. But Autism and ADHD present challenges in the workplace. Through my personal experience and training as an ADHD Life Coach, I also provide neurodiversity consulting to businesses and coaching to individuals.
